Transport regulators are again giving jeepney and public utility drivers and operators more time to get on board the government's modernization program.<br /><br />The deadline for franchise consolidation was set on June 30 until groups threatened to go on a transport strike next week.<br /><br />But as senior correspondent Gerg Cahiles tells us there's still no word on whether this will be called off.
